Erin’s journey began over 30 years ago when she was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 20. Struggling with her health and subjected to countless diets, Erin discovered the transformative power of slow-motion strength training, which became the key to her own healing.
Erin overcame chronic arthritis pain caused by bone spurs in her knee after just five sessions of this technique in 2016. Inspired by the incredible results she experienced, she became a certified coach in 2018 to help others benefit from this little-known, highly effective method. Since then, Erin has worked with numerous clients, guiding them to sustainable strength and health improvements.
